The Lumineers to rock Cape Town in April 2017

The Grammy-nominated US folk-rockers return to the Mother City to promote their second album.

Ho Hey! US folk-rock band, The Lumineers, is headed back to Cape Town next April to promote their second album, Cleopatra. The band will perform at the Green Point Park on 26 April 2017 before heading to Joburg.

Following the success of their self-titled debut, The Lumineers (2012) which sold three million copies worldwide and earned the band two Grammy nominations, for the smash hit “Ho Hey”, their latest offering Cleopatra, has already enjoyed great international success, having achieved No. 1 status on the UK, US and Canadian charts, as well as landing at the top of the Billboard Top 200.

Tickets for this exciting concert go on sale on Friday, 9 September at 9am sharp and can be purchased from Big Concerts and Computicket. Last time, the band performed at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens but the new venue in Green Point Park promises to be an equally relaxed and awesome venue.
