Worked at several prestigious London restaurants: Marco Pierre White’s Quo Vadis (with chef Curtis Stone), Michelin-starred restaurants, Hambleton Hall (with mentor Aaron Patterson) and Giorgio Locatell’s Zafferano. Became head chef at Automat (Mayfair) and later, executive chef at Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate.
Became overseer to Liz McGrath’s The Collection and its four Relais Châteaux restaurants. Awarded nine stars from Rossouw’s Restaurant Guide and voted Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef.
Current Executive chef at The Collection by Liz McGrath, which includes Greenhouse and Seafood at the Marine, Hermanus, and partner at Greenhouse.
