Started out at Haute Cabrière restaurant (with zero training) and went on to become sous chef. Enjoyed a stint at Gordon Ramsay’s acclaimed Savoy Grill (London).
Became sous chef at La Colombe, and then head chef at River Café. Became chef proprietor of re-opened La Colombe at Silvermist.
Opened his second restaurant, Foxcroft, with Glen Foxcroft Williams.
Current Chef proprietor of La Colombe and co-owner of sister restaurant, Foxcroft.
