Food and Wine Pairing in the Northern Suburbs

A five-course foodie extravaganza.

Usually hosted on the first Tuesday of the month, Arugula Bistro’s five-course food-and-wine pairing is a fab mid-week outing for northern ’burbs dwellers.

Each event celebrates a different wine farm, when five vinos from that winery are paired with a complementing course. Freshly baked rolls are served as the winemaker gives a brief overview of the farm’s history and philosophy, after which he/she presents the first wine, followed by the chef presenting the first dish.

The food is stunning *tips hat to chef*, the wine expertly paired, and the service impeccable. Attention to detail from the staff sets an intimate mood, which is further elevated by the open-plan kitchen and a chalkboard menu.
