The lowdown This 10km run (and 4.2km fun run) brings together friends and families from all walks of life in the spirit of unity. Gugs comes alive as local DJs and musicians entertain the crowds, while visitors enjoy refreshments and tasty bites from a selection of food stalls. Plus, there’s a jumping castle for the kids. The race starts at 7am, and the music kicks off at around 11am.

The lowdown An outdoor music festival set along the beautiful Breede River, with three music stages, and over 40 live bands. Headlining the festival this year is Mango Groove.
