Lanzerac Manor Kitchen: Dinner Special

Lanzerac Manor Kitchen: Dinner Special

The special R450 for four courses
About the restaurant The third oldest farm in Stellenbosch (founded just 13 years after the town itself, over 300 years ago), Lanzerac is home to the immaculate Manor Kitchen, one of four restaurants on the estate, and certainly the most dazzling, with its eye-catching chandeliers, oversized windows and lofty proportions.
Loved for its contemporary spins on classic dinners, the generous breakfast buffet and superb Afternoon Tea, the restaurant is suited to all occasions and times of day. But it’s the four-course winter dinner special that is particularly appealing right now. A cauliflower salad to start; followed by a soup course of potato and salmon velouté; for mains, choose between either grilled linefish or a loin, belly and braised lamb croquette; dessert is a spiced blueberry and apple crumble, all of which will certainly go down wonderfully.
