The special-edition brunch menu takes things up a notch, offering a series of decadent dishes – from bloody mary oysters and frittatas with whipped hollandaise to american crumpets with crispy bacon and maple syrup and sweet raspberry waffles.all of which are accompanied by a complimentary bottle of G.H. Mumm for each couple to share.

- Frittata Pie: red-pepper frittata and whipped Hollandaise
- Bagel Me Now: Parmesan Catalan, with jalapeño and pastrami
- The Short Stack: American crumpet, with smoked maple, crispy bacon and pickled blueberry
- Sweet Waffle: raspberry waffle with berry compote and vanilla chantilly cream
Inspired by beach clubs around the world (think Ibiza, Mykonos, Tulum, Bali), the Mother City’s hottest waterside haven combines the requisite sea views, beach sand (on the deck around a sparkling lake-style pool), stylish furnishings and culinary delights with the soul, sunshine and vibrancy of Africa.
