Mint Restaurant & Wood-Fired Grill is putting on one of its magnificent buffet spreads, and Bombay Brasserie is curating a sophisticated set menu of Indian haute cuisine.
A buffet lunch at Mint
A round-the-world flavour journey awaits in the various stations of the buffet. There are more dishes than one person could possibly taste in one sitting so, after your complimentary glass of sparkling wine, dip into each section in turn and discover your favourites.
From the traditional herb-crusted beef sirloin and pan-seared hake, explore further with a Durban lamb curry and a classic butter chicken with naan breads. Head off to Italy for pasta tossed in a whole Parmesan wheel, or pizza pollo arrosto. Then visit Asia for an assortment of sushi, kung pao chicken and egg-fried rice. In addition, a flourish of salads, sides, smoked yellowtail, South African cheeses and charcuterie ensures there is a dish to tempt every palate and appetite.
The dessert table is equally loaded with choices… Should you try the framboise tartlets or the cherry and chocolate roll, the traditional milk tart or an almond and apple pie, as well as macaroons, entremets, verrines, and a whole load more sweet treats.
