Everything’s coming up rosé…

To celebrate over 100 years of its iconic pink exterior, the supremely stylish Belmond Mount Nelson is launching a series of Pink Centenary Celebrations throughout November. And, in true Mount Nelson fashion, guests can look forward to a string of sumptuous affairs, complete with gourmet canapés, the finest Veuve Clicquot rosé and, of course, a dreamy garden setting.

Garden party glamour

Festivities commence at 1.30pm on Saturday, 10 November with a Champagne Garden Party on the verdant lawns of the grand hotel. The R1 500 price tag includes free-flowing Veuve Clicquot rosé, and a tantalising smorgasbord of salmon, prawn, oyster, tuna tartare, roast beef canapés, with sweet endings of course.

Beyond the bubbles

For those who wish to linger long after the sun has set, The Mount Nelson is offering a Pink Overnight Package on either 9 or 10 November: R4 950 per room for two people sharing.

Champagne Events

For an all-out treat, why not spend two nights at this one-of-a-kind hotel, complete with a sun-splashed breakfast on the terrace of Oasis Bistro the following morning, and two complimentary tickets to the Champagne Garden Party? The cost of this package is R6 900 for two guests.

Summer sun, top-drawer champagne, and a pretty-in-pink Cape Town icon. Sounds like the garden party of our dreams. Santé!
