Why you should go Uh, the bacon, of course, which comes from ethically bred pigs. Make sure to try The Yank (a croissant with macadamia-nut honey butter and bacon) for an unbelievable sweet and salty kick. And take home some of owner Richard Bosman’s charcuterie and bacon from the deli fridge.
