This microbrewery was once a wine and fruit farm, but owners Adrian and Phillip Robinson, inspired by their visits to beer-brewing wine farms in the Australian outback, decided to undertake a new project in 2007. Their all-grain beer brewing method utilises pure mountain spring water.
