Wesley Randles

Born and raised in Durban, where he got his first restaurant job as a sculler and bus boy at 14. Moved to Cape Town and trained at The Silwood School of Cookery, before joining Luke Dale Roberts at La Colombe in 2007. Opened The Test Kitchen with Luke in 2010, where he served as sous chef for three-and-a-half years. Appointed head chef of newly opened The Pot Luck Club in 2013. Co-founded The Shortmarket Club with Luke and Simon Widdison in 2016, followed by The Commissary in 2018.
