Bilboa has a lot going for it. Coupled with the majestic scenery and the buzz of the Camps Bay strip, the restaurant serves flavourful Mediterranean-inspired dishes in elegant surrounds.
Its two- and three-course winter specials menu offers diners a choice between kataifi-crusted prawns; crispy baby squid; or spiced lamb arancini for starters. Mains include crispy-skin sea bass; za’atar chicken cutlets; or grilled rump, with sticky date pudding or crème brûlée for dessert.
