The set menu comprises three courses, with a choice between two dishes per course. Start your meal with steamed mussels in white wine, cream, and garlic; or the classic Wes Caesar salad. Mains include pan-seared chicken supreme (with silky pommes mousseline, mushrooms bordelaise, and haricot verts); or steak frites (a 200g entrecôte paired with Café de Paris butter and hand-cut chips). For the sweet finale, choose between crème brûlée or the Wes profiteroles, served with vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce.
