Hidden Valley Wine Tasting: On Top of the World

Hidden Valley Wine Tasting: On Top of the World

Spectacular views and sustainably farmed wines.

Almost the last farm along the Annandale Road, up past Guardian Peak and Ernie Els, the drive to Hidden Valley already feels like an adventure! That’s before you’ve even had your first sip of the award-winning wines.

Hidden Valley Wine Tasting: SM

High on the foothills of the Helderberg Mountains, on the umbrella-shaded terrace, you feel on top of the world ensconced in nature and surrounded by incredible views over vineyards, olive trees and almond orchards towards Stellenbosch.

Conservation first

Hidden Valley Wine Tasting: Estate View

Another thing to love about Hidden Valley is its firm focus on ecological farming practices and conservation efforts that led to it being named one of SA’s 40 WWF conservation champions.

It’s well worth taking a stroll through the beautiful sculpture-dotted fynbos gardens and along the nature trail through a wild olive forest to soak up the tranquillity before or after your wine tasting.
