Honest Chocolate’s Bon Bon Workshops
Learn the art of making chocolate at these interactive classes.
By Sharon Kariwo • 19 May 2017
If you’ve ever tasted an Honest Chocolate, you’ll know what all the fuss about. These delectable treats are handmade using only the finest raw organic Ecuadorian cacao. Plus, they’re free of preservatives, artificial flavouring and emulsifiers, dairy and processed sugar! So, they’re actually a health food…
If you’d like to learn how to make these melt-in-your-mouth snacks yourself, join the Honest Chocolate team in their small production kitchen at the Woodstock Exchange for a hands-on experience. You’ll learn about cacao, how to make chocolate, plus you’ll get to taste the different chocolate flavours and profiles. At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a beautiful box of made-by-you bonbons. Some of the cafés in the area will supply the beverages during the two-hour sessions.
And if you need to get your hands on an organic truffle before then, hotfoot it to the Honest Chocolate café on Wale Street.
