2. Attend a talk by a pro with dinner
Guests fascinated by the ocean should attend The Amazing Coelacanth, a talk by Professor Mike Bruton about these living dinosaurs. The event takes place at Ochre on 15 July and includes a four-course dinner of modern South African favourites.

3. Celebrate Christmas in July
Book your seat at the table for a Christmas-in-July-themed lunch where all your favourite holiday foods are sure to make an appearance, complete with entertainment for the kids.

4. Go on a guided hike
Join the resort’s professional mountain guides on a family hike along one of Cape Town’s scenic trails. The hike can be tailored to suit your fitness abilities, so all are welcome! Feel like more of a workout? Raise your heart rate with a high-powered session led by the resort’s fitness coaches.
5. Relax with a yoga class (or spa treatment)
If a heart-pumping workout isn’t your thing, restore your balance with a yoga class. Alternatively, One&Only Spa’s Winter Wellness package has a selection of enticing treatments from deep-tissue massages to beauty treatments (available until end-August 2021). 6. A world of activities at KidsClub
While you relax at the spa, sweat it out in a gym class, or participate in a culinary masterclass, let the kids do their thing at KidsOnly, a dedicated clubhouse for children.
Kids can participate in a variety of themed craft activities and games that celebrate different countries and cultures, such as designing gorilla masks (with One&Only Gorilla’s Nest), the Mexican train game (inspired by One&Only Palmilla) and Australian-animal charades (inspired by One&Only Wolgan Valley). KidsOnly will also be hosting an indoor Olympics in honour of the Tokyo Olympic Games this July.
