Start your Saturday with exercise, meditation and relaxation among the squirrels, birds and rustling trees.
The Om Revolution Mobile Yoga has transformed the Company’s Garden into Nature’s own yoga studio. Every Saturday morning, members of the public are invited to join a qualified instructor for a 60-minute session of downward-dogging, warrior-posing and deep-forward-folding on one of the many beautiful shady lawns of the garden.
These all-levels yoga classes have become a regular attraction for locals and tourists alike, who leave the invigorating sessions with a bounce in their step and a certain calmness, ready to take on the weekend and all it has in store. There are classes on Tuesday evenings as well, for those who like an after-work session.
The classes cost R50 per person, which can be paid in cash or via SnapScan upon arrival. Bring your own mat or towel and be ready to start at 9am sharp.
Good to know The Om Revolution also hosts yoga classes on Clifton Beach every Sunday.

Lovely idea how about coming out to the far north. To stressful travelling to cbd. Please think about it for next season.

Why would you add this to your end of April mailer when there is only one session left? Rather add listing that are still running.
The Inside Guide
Hi Lorien
We thought we’d give our readers a head’s up that it is in fact the last session.
