Beachy Head Bliss: A Knockout Seaside Villa in Plettenberg Bay
A super-sized holiday home with everything your heart desires.
By Inside Guide • October 16, 2023
Perched just above the perfect golden sands of Robberg Beach, Beachy Head Bliss offers a stunning location for a seaside holiday. You get sea views and sounds 24/7, the shoreline is just steps away (with your own private access) and the house has been generously curated for pure enjoyment. With eight bedrooms, this double-level, dual-building property is the size of a small hotel, but you get to have it all to yourselves.
All decked out

With its generous timber-clad outdoor spaces, Beachy Head Bliss sets the stage for a memorable stay. The spacious, inner-courtyard garden offers idyllic alfresco living beside the pool, where you can eat, drink, chat, braai, swim and bask in the sun. With its fairylight-strung milkwood trees, it’s a lovely spot for enchanting dinners.

Indoors, it’s all light and airy too, with an open-plan gourmet’s kitchen and living area opening into the courtyard and onto the front deck. (Enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter, staring straight into a blue-sea horizon.) Downstairs, another entertainment zone awaits – whether you fancy a game of pool, a movie night or a round of poker – with a wine-tasting cellar and a smart TV for the gamers. A trampoline and climbing wall adds to the fun for kids.

There are spots for quiet, private time too – a sauna room, a jacuzzi on the front deck, and a reading room where you can escape with a good book. Survey the beautiful surroundings from the swing-chair on the front deck, or the rooftop deck’s loungers – also the ideal spot for sunrise yoga. The three main bedroom suites are refuges of comfort, with a fireplace, seating and TV.

Over and above all of this, what Beachy Head Bliss truly offers is an effortless holiday, where you can escape everyday life and focus on making memories.
