Iconic wines, master winemakers and gourmet plates.
Easily one of the most-loved foodie destinations in Cape Town, Grub & Vine epitomises sophisticated yet unpretentious dining. Owned and run by chef Matt Manning, who opened the restaurant in 2018 to align his passions for honest food and great wine, the bistro continues to push the boundaries in both spheres.
Meet The Makers
The Meet the Makers series is aimed at oenophiles as well as anyone interested in learning more about South African winemaking. In addition to a delicious five-course dinner, enjoyed with some of the best wines in the land, the winemakers themselves will be there, sharing personal anecdotes, the stories behind their wines and the odd winemaking tip.
On 4 May 2022, De Kleine Wijn from Paarl will be showcasing their eloquent wines along with an exceptional five-course menu by chef Matt.
