Noble Vice 2018: A Food-and-Wine Feast at The Old Biscuit Mill
Join a handpicked crop of foodies and winemakers at Noble Vice for an all-day feast in Woodstock.
Our nifty neighbours at the Neighbourgoods Market have done it again! That’s right, for the second year in a row, they’re hosting Noble Vice at the Biscuit Mill in Woodstock – which, like last year, promises to be sensory extravaganza, during which a dynamic group of local chefs and boutique winemakers will set your senses alight.
What to expect
On the day, six chefs will be preparing a dish in their signature style – smoked, sautéed, foraged, or fired – while 30 of the the regions most prestigious wine producers offer tastings of their best vintages. Some of the esteemed maestros include Wesley Randles (The Shortmarket Club), Chris Erasmus (Foliage), David Schneider (Chefs Warehouse at Maison) and André Hill and Henry Vigar (Upper Bloem).
Over the course of the day, guests can sample the fruits of the harvest, and tuck into each of the six dishes at their own leisure. There will also be live performances throughout the day by some talented local musicians, including MSMF and Sibusile Xaba. And Roastin’ Records Win Vinyl will be spinning tunes, too.
