Graduated from Hurst Campus (The Culinary Academy) in 2011. Interned at Delaire Graff and Indochine, then worked at Terroir for three years. Worked with George Jardine at Jordan Restaurant for a year, before returning to Terroir as sous chef. Rejoined George Jardine at Restaurant Jardine in 2018.
