This winter, sit beside the roaring fire and savour chef Lucas Carstens’ seasonally driven menu. His signature style is uncompromisingly “green”, featuring produce foraged from the estate’s gardens and sourced from local farms to create perfection on a plate. Picture springbok with meebos, Cape spinach and fynbos; salt-baked celeriac carpaccio with smoked macadamia; and fired carrot risotto with black garlic and cocoa, among other deliciously fresh flavours. Snacks and a bread course will precede your meal.
