Foxcroft Lunch Special: R995 for 5 Courses

Foxcroft now occupies one of the most sought-after heritage buildings in Cape Town, having moved to Constantia Nek in January this year. This is your chance to experience the new surroundings and the kitchen’s more refined approach. Part of the La Colombe group of restaurants, with chef-proprietor Glen Foxcroft Williams at the helm, Foxcroft was the more laidback sibling in the family, but the menu’s been tweaked with a more fine-dining ethos. This winter, it includes herbed saltbread, a trio of starters (fish ssam, noodle soup and garden tartlet), tuna ceviche, lamb, Namibian crab, lobster and a dessert of chestnut, mascarpone and burnt vanilla. Boundary-pushing dishes that taste as good as they look.
Good to know There is also a plant-based menu alternative. The dinner menu is the same as lunch, with the addition of two courses.
