Whether you’re people-watching with a glass of pre-dinner bubbly (lockdown notwithstanding), or soaking up the scene in one of the plush alcoves, time spent at this iconic property is always a pleasure.
This season, chef Rudi Liebenberg is causing a (wonderfully retro) stir with a three-cheese fondue, made with Gruyère, Emmentaler and mature cheddar. It’s simply too comforting to pass up, especially with crudités of baguette, pickles, chorizo, apple, grissini, radish and carrot.
