Chef-restaurateur Luke Dale Roberts is offering a prix fixe menu for winter in all of his restaurants. At Salon, the intimate gem of a dining experience below the Pot Luck Club at the Old Biscuit Mill, you can indulge in the shorter Prix Fixe Explorer version of the signature 11-course Journey menu. Feast on six courses framing six delicious around-the-world destinations: from a chipotle tuna Caesar with smoked pineapple and yuzu in Mexico, to an exquisite chicken-and-mushroom dumpling dish representing Japan.
