Sanbona is offering South Africans up to 60% off accommodation at Gondwana Family Lodge.
Tucked beneath the majestic Warmwaterberg Mountains in the heart of the Little Karoo, Sanbona is the Western Cape’s answer to an exclusive wilderness experience, where Big Five-spotting is a highlight. A mere three-hour drive from Cape Town, the malaria-free reserve spans 58 000 hectares and offers the type of immersion in nature that is hard to come by.
It recently reopened (after months of lockdown) with an exclusive offer for South African residents: from R4 550 per person sharing per night – which includes all meals, two daily game drives and all nonalcoholic beverages. This offer is valid until 30 September 2021!
The two daily game drives are the main event – and, naturally, what most visitors look forward to. Also on offer is birdwatching, stargazing and guided walks to ancient rock sites, once home to the Khoisan people and their rock paintings.
