Seebamboes Lunch Special: R550 for Multi Courses

The relationship between land and sea is reimagined with a dash of flair when the team behind Belly of the Beast and Galjoen start to play. The collaboration between Anouchka Horn, Neil Swart, chef Adél Hughes and Jill-of-all-trades Liebet Jooste results in a tasting experience that riffs on nostalgia by reimagining surf and turf. The result? Playful, celebratory, original, delicious! Seated in the mezzanine space above Galjoen (just 16 diners), the menu is always a surprise (the dishes only revealed as each arrives at your table). What you can expect are coastal ingredients, foraged elements and impeccably sourced fish and meat presented in nuanced, experimental and delicious ways (and with an offbeat local winelist).
