From Bombay with love
The Bombay Brasserie, the hotel’s unique fine-dining restaurant, presents a journey of the senses, with the aromas, textures and tastes of Indian-fusion cuisine – whether it’s the street-food-inspired sharing plates or more hearty dishes.
