The Test Kitchen Fledgelings Streetfood Fiesta: R195 for 2 Bites

The playful side of The Test Kitchen Fledglings comes out in the new winter menu of streetfood inspired bites and plates. Luke Dale Robert’s restaurant (in the original Test Kitchen premises) focuses on mentoring and developing young chefs led by chef Nathan Clarke, a setting where flavour-forward dishes and polished service go hand-in-hand with meaningful skills development. The Street Food Fiesta menu is intentionally flexible, with shareable plates from small to substantial. Order a variety, from vetkoek with smoked snoek pâté to Korean fried chicken, kingklip kebabs, fish tacos, mushrooms on toast, beetroot tartare, and the signature beef slider, and share around the table. You can order a few bites with a cocktail, or go wild and share the full spread with a gathering of friends.
