Chef Kerry Kilpin and her dedicated team devise seasonal menus with a varied array of dishes (meat, plant-based and sustainably sourced fish) that blend classic French techniques with a fascination with Asian flavours and local ingredients. The winter special allows you to choose three courses from the à la carte menu at lunch or dinner. Feast on pan-fried scallops; confit duck; or pear and chevin tart among other starters. Pork belly (with star anise and tamarind jus); roast pumpkin risotto; umami glazed fish with green pawpaw kimchi; and roast lamb rack (with tahini aubergine and fondant sweet potato) are among the tempting mains, followed by an array of indulgent desserts for a grand finale (the dark chocolate sphere is a dream).
