Ideas Cartel FitPods: Your Own Private Workout Space

Privacy meets productivity at these fabulous new FitPods by Ideas Cartel, your own personal workout bubble in the innercity! Geared towards HITT, resistance, weight and cardio workouts, each FitPod is essentially your own fully kitted-out gym, allowing you the convenience of working out whenever you have a gap, without having to wait your turn to use equipment.

Each Pod has its own Smart TV, so you can stream your workout programme, whether you choose your own, or one of the complimentary programmes created by Idea Cartel’s in-house trainers. There’s also a Bluetooth speaker in each Pod, so you can listen to your favourite podcast while you train – or, if you’re working out with mates (or a personal trainer), blast your favourite playlist.

All in a day’s work(out)

After your training session, grab a complimentary water bottle, fresh towel and make your way to the showers. Once freshened up, fuel your body with a protein shake or delicious breakfast at the all-day ground-floor eatery, Brunch Café.

Your post-workout endorphins will be put to good use when you settle in for a productive workday in one of Idea Cartel’s coworking spaces. There’s never been a better time  – or place – to strike the work-play balance.
