Not-to-be missed wine-filled experiences at One&Only Cape Town’s brand-new Wine Studio.
Known for its luxurious accommodation (and a host of other pleasurable pursuits), One&Only Cape Town boasts one of the most impressive wine collections on the continent. So it was only a matter of time that the resort launched its very own Wine Studio – in time for the cold weather.
In addition to being a space for guests to enjoy a dazzling array of top-drawer varietals, the Wine Studio has introduced a series of events and experiences for novices and veteran oenophiles alike.
1. Wine Studio Dinner Collection: Wine Wit and Studio Smarts
Luvo Ntezo, One&Only’s head sommelier, is your host for these evenings of Wine Wit and Studio Smarts. You’ll have the opportunity to channel your inner sommelier in a series of fun and interactive activities, such as the reverse food-and-wine pairing where guests are served a selection of wines for each course, and are asked to decide on the perfect match.
The fun is accompanied by a delicious four-course set menu prepared by the resort’s chefs.
