Ola Mexico!
Spice things up with this authentic Latin-flavoured course, where you’ll learn how to make fresh tortillas, tacos, nachos and a few other Mexican favourites.

In this course, you will prepare and then enjoy a meal made from local fare, including a mixture of flavours from African, traditional Afrikaans and Cape Malay cuisines.

Tastes of the Mediterranean
The Mediterranean lifestyle is coveted the world over – not least for its delicious cuisine, but also for the sense of communal dining. This course focuses on the nutritious and colourful array of flavours and spices from the likes of Spain, Greece, France, Morocco, Portugal and Italy.

Good to know

  • The school hosts corporate year-end functions and team-building events. One such offering is their Masterchef Teambuilding event, where you and your colleagues compete against each other.
  • The school also hosts pop-up dinner events, where a team of chefs (graduates from the school’s Super Yacht Culinary Course) prepare a five-course gourmet meal under the supervision of head chef Brett Nussey. Guests can relax with a drink in hand as they watch the chefs at work in the kitchen.
  • The minimum age for participation in the cooking classes is 12 years old.
