This August, chef Ryan Cole has opened his kitchen doors and welcomed a host of the industry’s best to join him in creating a series of memorable of Sunday lunches. The participating chefs are legends in their own right, who share Ryan’s ethos of hyper-local and sustainable cooking.

After cooking with Luke Dale Roberts, Dale Stevens and Mmabatho Molefe, the series culminates with chef Ivor Jones of Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia on 27 August 2023.

It’s Sunday lunch to the max, in the spirit of gathering together in the warmth for a long lazy lunch with good food and wine, great conversation and plenty of laughter. Chefs Ryan and Ivor cut their teeth in the industry together, and have remained good friends since moving on to their current successes. The eight-course menu celebrates both the chefs’ culinary ethos, signature styles and the beauty of Cape Town’s winter produce, and includes wine-pairings throughout.
