About the restaurant At this stylish yet laidback restaurant in the Noordhoek Village, consummate chef and bon vivant Franck Dangereux masterfully combines the flavours of his native France with culinary influences from across the globe.
Franck was arguably one of the forerunners of the fine-dining scene in Cape Town, but at The Foodbarn, he’s dispensed with the starched napkins and stuffy atmosphere, and created a family-friendly space where diners can enjoy his irresistible taste and texture combinations.

About the restaurant Situated within a state-of-the- art building at Glenelly Estate, this hidden gem is owned by chef-patron Christophe Dehosse, who together with head chef Alex Rykaart concocts superb French-inspired dishes that guests can enjoy within the warm, elegant interiors.
