Mont Reve: Living the Seaside Dream in Buzzy Sea Point

Sales open on 26 March 2025 at 1pm via the online sales platform and a R10 000 reservation fee is required (you can also unlock a R200 000 launch discount). Construction is already underway and expected completion is November 2026.

Last year the Dolce Vita development by BBG sold out on launch day, so it’s a good idea to get in quick, as these are equally hot properties.
