Japanese-Peruvian cuisine enjoyed at your dining-room table.
If you’re looking for a Rolls-Royce sushi experience, you simply must try Nobu at One&Only Cape Town. Gastronomically speaking, you’ll be taken on a culinary adventure of new and familiar flavour and texture bursts that’ll leave you satisfied but craving more!
With current lockdown laws prohibiting sitdown meals, head chef Harold Hurtada and his team have reintroduced Nobu at Home – a selection of inventive Japanese-Peruvian dishes to be enjoyed at your own table.
In addition to superlative sushi and sashimi, the diverse menu includes vegetarian and gluten-free options, too, and an array of other cold plates, such as salads; yellowtail jalapeño and a dry-miso whitefish dish.
Hot meals include miso soup and steamed rice; black cod miso; beef tenderloin teriyaki; chicken anticucho (kebab); nasu (eggplant) miso; tempura; tacos and sautéed spicy vegetables, among others. And don’t forget to order Nobu’s famous cheesecake for dessert!
