With current lockdown laws prohibiting sitdown meals, head chef Harold Hurtada and his team have reintroduced Nobu at Home – a selection of inventive Japanese-Peruvian dishes to be enjoyed at your own table.

In addition to superlative sushi and sashimi, the diverse menu includes vegetarian and gluten-free options, too, and an array of other cold plates, such as salads; yellowtail jalapeño and a dry-miso whitefish dish.
