At Origin Coffee Roasters, they take their coffee very seriously – which is a good thing, because that attention to detail is also evident in their their all-day breakfasts and delicious lunches.

The De Waterkant café-roastery is the go-to spot for the MacBook Air crowd, who sit at the communal tables tapping away at their keyboards, as well as office workers and coffee aficionados.

We love the build-your-own-breakfast option – and the coffee, obviously!

Good to know Origin has a pop-up stand at the Neighbourgoods Market and Tokai Earth Fair, as well as a permanent stand at the V&A Waterfront (outside Ferrymans Tavern).
