After heading the Hoghouse BBQ and Bakery on Spier Wine Farm until its closure in May 2018, chef PJ Vadas is bringing us something fresh and exciting. His new venture, Vadas Smokehouse and Bakery, is housed in the same spot as his previous offering, but is focused on family meals made to share, created with fresh, locally farmed produce. In addition to a range of wholesome meals, diners can expect freshly baked pastries and ice creams from Moro Gelato.
