Trained at Capsicum Culinary Studio in Cape Town. Worked at Ryan’s Kitchen in Franschhoek, and Roundhouse Restaurant, before joining George Jardine at Jordan Restaurant. Worked at Jordan Restaurant for four years, followed by two years at Restaurant Jardine, before being appointed head chef at Jardine’s newly opened Restaurant Seven in 2018.
