Franck Dangereux

French-born Franck enrolled in the Nice Hotel School at age 15, worked under Roger Vergé of Moulin de Mougins. Worked in two three-starred Michelin restaurants in Paris, and opened a restaurant in St. Barths, Caribbean. Came to Cape Town and worked with Frank Swainston at Uitsig. Opened award-winning restaurant La Colombe in Constantia. Opened The Foodbarn along with Pete de Bruin in 2006.
