Started working in restaurants at 16. Enjoyed a stint in London under Michelin-starred chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. Opened Novelli at The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel. Opened and ran restaurants in Jakarta (Indonesia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Sydney. Opened Jordan Restaurant at Jordan Wine Estate and became executive chef, alongside head chef Kyle Burns. Opened Restaurant Jardine in 2016.
