Worked at several Parisian, Michelin-starred restaurants, including Restaurant Senderens (with mentor and three-starred Michelin chef Alain Senderens), Lucas Carton and Pergolèse. Became head chef at Restaurant at Waterkloof.
Opened and did recipe design and menu conceptualisation for leading Brussels, Genève and Lyon restaurants. Won SA Chef of the Year in 2016.
