Work history Chef at The Roundhouse Restaurant (under PJ Vadas); head chef at Chefs Warehouse & Canteen; opened Urbanalogi in Johannesburg with chef Angelo Scirocco; head chef at Thal until 2018; worked in Asia and Europe; private chef in Cape Town; launched Melting Pot Pop-Up at Marrow with Stefan Roos (ex Terroir, Thali, Kole and Deeg) and Sage Fell; opened The Melting Pot Cafeteria in 2019.
