Trained at Bar Au Lac Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland before becoming sous chef at Soho House Media Club. Launched kitchens across Asia and served as sous chef at La Colombe.
Opened The Test Kitchen, The Pot Luck Club, and more recently, The Short Market Club in Cape Town and Luke Dale Roberts at The Saxon in Johannesburg.
