Michael Broughton

Opened award-winning Broughton’s Restaurant in Johannesburg in 1997, before becoming the executive chef at the Mount Grace Country House and Spa in Magaliesburg in 2003. Established award-winning restaurant Terroir at Kleine Zalze in 2004.
