Michelle Theron


Graduated with a hospitality and catering diploma from Boland College before joining the team at De Volkskombuis and De Oewer in Stellenbosch. Worked at Laborie (Paarl) and Cape Grace Hotel, as well as some Michelin-starred restaurants in Holland.

In 2010, she joined Pierneef à La Motte, taking over as executive chef in 2014. In 2018, became head chef of Avant-Garde Restaurant at Hazendal Wine Estate.
