His love of cooking began in England, where he was “head chef” in his family. Studied at South East Essex College of Art and Technology before honing his skills in the kitchens of Richard Corrigan and Jon Bertham and Stephen Bull, Blandford Street, where he met his wife, chef Tina.
Enjoyed a stint at Le Quartier Français before opening Bread & Wine Vineyard Restaurant at Môreson with his wife Tina. His artisanal charcuterie, Jewell & Co, has catered to the likes of Le Quartier Français and Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants.
Current Chef-patron of Bread & Wine Vineyard Restaurant and Jewell & Co charcuterie.
