In this evocative setting, redolent with the aromas of spices, French-born chef David Tilly and his team offer an exciting fine-dining menu that marries traditional, authentic Indian cuisine with a touch of Cape flavour. The signatures are chaat (street-food inspired small plates) and tandoor (clay-oven cooking). The Experience Set Menu cherry-picks the highlights: mustard-marinated tandoori broccoli, Old Delhi chicken tikka, ginger masala Karoo lamb chops and gulab jamun dumplings in syrup, with quinoa tikka kebab, truffle-and-pepper-scented chestnut mushrooms and paneer curry for vegetarians.
